Dont drink Xi' kool-aid. He talks a not about "muh housing is not for investment" but when it comes to action its nothing. Shanghai and Shenzhen have spiralled out of control already

The proposed property tax is still being "studied" since ~2005 lol

So delete Xi's nice PR and instead look at this

Lets wait for him to pass the property tax and then listen to his fantasy speeches

You're the one drinking Bloomberg kool-aid. Housing prices rising 0.5% is out of control? ROFL!

0.5% is an annualized, from month to month. And it's still going up from 14% yoy in 2020.

"The US Congress, meanwhile, is considering a sweeping bill that would effectively block the import of all goods from Xinjiang."
This was expected here. This should be retaliated with an import ban from a US state of similar importance. By the way how many companies are on the blacklist so far? Around 85?

More of a PR move than anything else. US has already banned Cotton, solar modules and most of the big ticket items from the region. There nothing significant left anyway. This is just Bidens way of showing that he's tough on China. Simply theatrics. Also America imports less than $80mn worth of products from the region. Literally nothing.
Even Belgium imports more from XJ than US.
