Montenegro needs a road. China offered to build it for Montenegro. New Montenegro government felt that it can't repay the debt so asked EU to help. EU declined to do so. Montenegro reentered negotiation with China. At least Montenegro government didn't blame China. It did blame the former government.

All of eastern Europe is like that. Corruption, zero planning and a complete lack of capital resources. All development they've had since 1989 is because of the EU gravy train, before that it was the Soviet Union. They now have low birth rates and a significant proportion of their youth have migrated to western Europe. Eastern Europe is fucked.

Once the EU gets fed up funding their largess they'll go back to pre-WW2 third world standards. Unless they can find a new "daddy".

about Iran’s intelligence sharing with China that resulted in the detention and deaths of U.S. intelligence sources around the world, threatening U.S. security"

Hmm interesting
This is already well known. The Iranians tipped off the Chinese about how much the CIA infiltrated China business, gov, secuirry services. This was how the Chinese dismantled the CIA network inside China

Chinese should really build a big statue for Iran..

It was refer to around 2012 when China wiped out CIA networks within China after Iran found how CIA uses a dummy website passed information back and forth.

PS. CIA went ape sh*t after that and went after some Asian American agents for years, till finally they found out how all their assets got wacked.

Damn, if its true i feel sorry for those asian americans agents, when they served they must have patriotic feelings towards the country they feel they belonged, only to be used as scapegoat

"However, Beijing was also harshly critical of Israel’s recent war with Hamas, and China and Iran are growing closer. This means that the Jewish state could be put in the middle of more American-Sino tensions. The recent vote marked a shift in how Jerusalem views Beijing diplomatically. The decision to sign the statement was taken by Foreign Minister Yair Lapid, in coordination with Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, according to the Post."

Like people said elsewhere in the forum, the tipping point here might have been Iran giving intelligence on CIA agents in China.
Add to that India shrugging off Iranian oil sales to please the US, constant delays on Iran-Pakistan-India pipeline approval, etc.
Israel is also a major weapons seller to India while Israeli sales to China were cut due to US pressure.

The US spies caught in China were not American or we would've heard about it more. Why would Chinese-Americans work for US intelligence and will do nothing if they were killed? If it was a white American, you don't think we would here endless romanticized stories of them on the news and vilifying of China that they killed a white by the American media. Why would the Chinese kill them if they're honest to goodness CIA-trained spies where they could get a lot of information? No, they were "spies" in the sense of reality of the spy world that they were probably being paid for information they get and therefore disposable which is how the US treated them. Most on-the-ground spies are in fact just doing it for the money therefore unreliable because if money is their motive, they are capable of lying about information they pass just to get money. Or the US could be just lying that this happened. Just like China's spy chief defected to the US... and then showed up in China. You don't think someone wanted to stir the pot? Just like when this was brought up before, If you ever get to watch the documentary From China with Love, the US actually has had a poor record of spying on China. The US is good at gathering electronic intelligence which makes sense because it doesn't risk American lives.
