I'm aware of that. Still, these countries are facing the inevitable choice of having to vaccinate their population at the risk of the vaccine's side effects causing many more fatalities than the virus has already caused.
IMO, the best choice of vaccine for these countries is those that have proven to be with the least fatality caused by side effects although the vaccine may be slightly slower in building up antibodies and be requiring a booster shot, which wouldn't be that much of a problem because of those countries very low infection rates.

Please list precisely what ‘draconian measures’ China currently have in place which is fundamentally different compared to what most western ‘free’ nations are doing already, and just how they are unsuitable.
It is sad that Chinese vaccines need to defend themselves against MSM propaganda everyday.
I think China would rollout Sinovac and Sinopharm for children within the next few months.

Did I say anywhere that they are unsuitable? I said these measures are unsustainable in the long run.
It's not just China. Tourism is basically dead all over the world. Everywhere else outside of China, the economy has ground to a halt.
In China, there's now a 4 week quarantine. Vast amounts of resources are devoted to rapid response in the event of a localized outbreak. Cities/regions are still being blocked off whenever a new case is discovered.
It is a worldwide 'demand destruction' event... think of it as Peak Energy mitigation of sorts... it is not sustainable long term, but in this 'war of attrition' it boils down to which civilization can endure better in this clash of civilizations... now that we have globally peaked in oil and energy, its an ever shrinking zero sum game... so COVID is basically a means to seperate the men from the boys and a drawing of straws of sorts since there aren't enough lifeboats on planet earth.... India for example didn't draw the best straw

Now multiple that by 20X and COVID will kill that much if not more over the same countries and time period, without any masks/lockdowns. 6-8X more deadly with masks/lockdowns.
