I do not run, but I had a friend who did.

He told me that the races he ran in, open to everyone, there would be medics on site and spotters everywhere. Even though the race is through the city, the city officials and race planners took all the precautions.

Here this race in Gansu was a little different, and had real athletes in it, yet 21 died, probably from hypothermia.

Something is really off about this picture.

I don't understand it.

--------- --------- ---------

There is always a risk in extreme sports.

Climbing Mount Everest, there is always a few deaths every year.

But there are no mass deaths.

This is a mass death incident of the country's best athletes.

To merely blame the weather is cop-out here.

That is why China is still a Third World country in many respects, and in many places. What happened here with the athletes was extremely backwards.

Too bad this was not the old days, because an official there in Gansu should be executed, a few would be a good start.

Gansu is a third world province.

It's the poorest out of all the provinces.

Some defense officials say they believe China hopes to build a navy base in the Emirates, and intelligence reports indicate that Beijing has discussed sending several hundred military personnel to the U.A.E.
Another official said that the U.S. has made clear to the Emirates that allowing China to establish a military base in the U.A.E. would effectively kill the weapons sale. The problem, the official said, is that Washington and Abu Dhabi may not agree on what constitutes a “base.”

Looks like the us is worried about China new fast breeder reactors, i already see a couple of similar articles mentioning how China's two Fast Reactor 600 (CFR-600) can be used to produce 1270 warheads by the end of this decade
Nice, the Russian experience proves that the anglos only respect the ability to destroy completely and utterly. They will only respect unhinged destruction in the form of nuclear weapons.

These are the same people who also enjoy Blacked porn; they better get used to seeing more huwhite celebrities kowtowing to China.

The Americans are always projecting their own intentions and thinking onto others. The CFR-600 is going to be hooked up to their electrical grid. It's clearly intended for research towards a larger commercial variant in the future and in the meantime its operation is to supply power to the grid. A real example of plutonium production for non-commercial reasons is Japan. They have a plutonium stockpile of ~50 tonnes. Speculation is that their Monju breeder reactor, which is similar to China's CFR-600 was the source of much of that plutonium. Monju was never connected to the grid and was decommissioned in 2010. Since then, the Japanese are moaning about needing a new breeder reactor to BURN the ~50 tonnes of plutonium. LOL

The person who wrote that article is inane. Take this quote.
That’s good. The problem? The fast reactor uses more uranium, which is why nuclear scientists moved away from it decades ago due to the high cost of uranium fuel.

That is patent bullshit. In fact, it is the opposite. The fast reactor is supposed to use plutonium and depleted uranium (U-238), which would otherwise be waste products or tailings, to generate power. Everyone in the nuclear industry agrees in the long term the industry needs to move towards fast reactors. Right now enriched uranium, including U-235, is so cheap, it is easier to simply build already available and proven nuclear water reactors in a once through cycle. But for massive generation long term fast reactors are a necessity. Which is why all the countries which have serious nuclear programs had or have projects for fast reactors.

All the nations who cancelled their fast reactor programs mostly did it because enriched uranium is still cheap to produce and the fuel prices are an insignificant amount of the total cost to generate electricity with nuclear power. Most of the cost today comes from power plant construction. Pointing to Germany as an example is useless, because they decided to stop using nuclear power completely. With regards to the UK if it wasn't for their naval nuclear reactors their nuclear industry would be basically dead. The US had a fast reactor program until the 1990s when Bill Clinton cancelled it against protests by US nuclear industry scientists and engineers. Like I said, everyone in the industry knows long term you will need the fast reactors. Cancelling projects only means the technology will be less mature when we really need it.

China, by it's sheer size, has gargantuan energy needs. It requires huge amounts of nuclear fuel and produces huge amounts of otherwise unusable nuclear waste. Fast reactors will enable China to massively reduce the amount of mined uranium they need to produce power.

A breeder fast reactor basically transmutes otherwise useless depleted uranium (U-238) into plutonium and burns it to generate power. In practice you can simply use to transmute depleted uranium into plutonium and not burn it up, and then use the plutonium to create nuclear weapons. There are proposed fast reactor designs which make this hard, and are hence proliferation resistant, but AFAIK none are being built or in service yet.

Incorrect, you failed to note that all classes of the anglosphere were complicit in the many race wars and genocide campaigns in the americas and australia. It was low class anglo whites and irish who formed a coalition to push for the China Exclusion Act, as it was australian white laity who eagerly embraced the White Fleet and notions of white supremacism after Federation.
You failed to note, that ordinary people have always been under the misinformation, and miseducation of the ruling class. For example, it would be unfair to pin all the murderous oppression of Chinese emperors onto the people of China.

When you propose to "kill all Anglo male over 12..." in case of war, you just give the perfect excuse for the white ruling class to cast that psychotic behavior onto the whole race of the yellow people.

You also failed to note, when China was humiliated by "Eight-Power Alliance", Soviet Russia defeated "Fourteen-Power Alliance" in its weakest infancy. The reason was that English workers refusal to send ammunition to Russia, French soldiers munity and American workers turning socialist...

The imperialist powers feared that soldiers sent to Soviet Russia would become red, as the Communists were calling for "all working men around the world unite" and "we are brothers and turn your gun to your ruling class".

That's the power of the unity of the working people. In fact, take a look at the Tiananmen, you will the huge slogan reads "Long Live the Unity of People All over the World."

By attributing crimes of the ruling classes to the whole people, and calling race wars, you are serving the interest of the racist ruling classes of the world.
