I thought this relevant because I recall a while ago some forum members were complaining about the British diplomat who saved a drowning Chinese person and how there weren't western reports about Chinese people saving lives. So here we are, a major western paper doing just that, reporting on a Chinese person saving lives.
If they want to do long distance marathons in places where extreme weather conditions could occur they need to have better safety precaution measures. I think Switzerland has a system where they have recovery cabins every x miles on the marathon trail so that in event of blizzard, runners can seek shelter.

If America & Israel was mental enough to launch a first strike, they would have done it long ago instead of whining about others going nuclear. They are trying to survive. There is only one group of earth, quite possibly in the entire universe, are crazy enough to launch a nuclear war knowing what will be the consequence. People who america & israel long feared, people who believe they are gonna go to heaven by annihilating the so called non believers.

You're making the mistake of using your own rationality and applying it to American strategy and leadership. However, history tells us there were several occasions where nuking China with a first strike was seriously discussed. The fact that using nukes was even considered is all the proof we need. If MacArthur was in a position to decide to nuke China, it would have happened. If any handful of the American extremists were in charge in any of the other occasions that nuking China was considered, China would have been nuked. It's not even a maybe, it would have happened. In China's case, in no uncertain terms is a first strike even a possibility because they aren't as mental and radical as the ideologues in Washington. China has an explicit no first use policy and they never pursued a nuclear weapons buildup. Don't let the American facade fool you. Btw, the Muslims you say are so dangerous were put in the state they are today by the Anglo-American abuse heaped upon them for over a century. Then when the time was ripe, the Americans "created" and then financed and supported those holy warriors you are referring to and used them to fight proxy wars throughout the Middle East and Central Asia. We all know that the CMC holds the real power here and not the Defence ministry. So Austin should be talking with the CMC. It is impossible to talk with the Chairman of the CMC because thats Xi himself and it would be wildly inappropriate to talk with a head of state so Vice-Chairman it is...

Yes, its about time this gets discussed. This is not the same India before 2014. This is BJP India, a conniving snake who have chosen to sell its soul to Uncle Sam and the West. Russia needs to start waking up to a new reality that India has changed. It will be difficult to convince Russia to distance itself from India thanks to its lucrative weapons sales to India. But that issue has to be discussed. China and Russia cannot afford to have India becoming a cancer to their bilateral relations. This is not the time to have underlying frictions in what is the most important bilateral relations in global geopolitics. If China can buy more Russian arms to offset some loss of sales to India, so be it. Its for a greater good.
