The US is definetely guilty of genocides. Turkey is a good strategic partner for China to have as it has huge influence on the Islamic world.

No other country is guilt of actual genocides EXCEPT the US. For all this blah blah blah, last time I checked there was a country called Armenia for the Armenians, Israel for the jewish... Is there a country called the Iroquois confederacy, the Navajo nation, the Cree nation?

Agreed. But the bigger picture for me personally is not what the English might or might not do.

Being of Chinese ethnicity. I think the bigger picture is the hyprocracy of it all. The west harps on about Taiwan, Xinjian and Tibet. Even hong kong independence and all this, China shouldn't and doesn't have a veto. Yet, any small countries in the west wanting independence, the master countries gets the ultimate veto to decides. Spot the difference?

The US going back into past to declare genocides? I wonder if what the US even officially declares anything they did as genocide? I went through the US school system and I don't recall history books in the US paying much attention to its crimes against humanity. Some countries might want to consider doing that for the US and other Western countries like the British.

Note number two about sourcing. To believe that the latter story, as reported by the BBC, which obviously has high standards and went to great lengths to be fair and to tell the truth, is a complete fabrication, meaning either the BBC is intentionally lying or got completely snookered by a conspiracy of sources, stretches the imagination.

Kind of funny how he’s saying it’s hard to believe China because of their reputation, but we should believe news outlets because they have “standards”. This is just “fairy dust” thinking. Let’s not forget NYT’s Jayson Blair and Judith Miller.
