Is this based on Japanese report or individual investigation from a third party? I've read reports that radiation levels of fish caught in the sea in vicinity to Fukishima has five times the recommended level.

They're not leaving. First it was May 1st, now Sept 11 (why are they so fascinated with this date?). And when Sept 11 approaches, the Pentagon will find another excuse and push back the "withdrawal" date.

@H2O and that date 9/11 had symbolism attached to it and those withdrawal date is being put in to buy peace with the Taliban and it backfire badly, you can't blame the Taliban having been promise to withdraw and then lie about it. And the US may increase its troops presence more as the Taliban attacks had recently intensify as justification and they need to liberate the Afghan women from slavery though ....LOL.
