“It would be unusual for them to hand over the raw data, but we looked at a great deal of information in detail in discussion with the Chinese counterparts,” said John Watson, an epidemiologist who travelled to China as part of the WHO team.

To say simply that its propaganda to drive wedge is a massive understatement.

You are looking at a community which is youngest among all & spreads from far East Indonesia all the way up to west Africa.
Then you have a continent which is massively significant because of natural resources & has youngest population amongst all continent.

Plus minus you are looking at almost half of humanity who will dominate world demographics for next century.

When puny little kingdom UK talks about " reigning in China " that means either China is doing something that isn't working or it's not doing enough.

They need 2/3 majority to convict, presumably originally designed for some form of real majority in favour as opposed to the whims of the moment, like the UK EU referendum was.

Yes. We all know why certain votes required more then 50% approval. But the point I'm making is that the "democratic" west keeps lecturing us the virtual of majority votes.

But this are always at their term. Remember how they always say in Hong Kong and Taiwan that nearly 50% of people wants independent is good enough!

Brexit and Scottish independence required a simple majority though. China required 2/3rd vote to join UN

One side is forced to spew anti-China bullshit. The other side does it voluntarily.
Worth noting that the NYT’s abysmal 50% score is only 10% below the industry benchmark, meaning about 40% of staff at western MSM know they are peddling propaganda but just shuts up and do what they are told for a pay cheque, while the rest are probably a mix of true believers or useful idiots.

Before the internet I use to listen to a lot of talk radio. If I wasn't watching TV I had talk radio in the background. The one open secret that everyone knew is if some listener called in and the first thing they said is they were black or Hispanic or Asian, they weren't. And then right after that they would to proceed to bash the race they said were. It's no surprise the same liars of racial identity has transferred to the internet.
