Yeah but Reuter not only remind everyone how poorly Hubei handled outbreak but also implies China is still hiding somethings to this day and peoples angry with how Xi treat "hero".

I can't speak for all people in China but probably many are still angry over the botched handling in the beginning. However I don't think China is hiding anything on purpose. Discrepancies in infected/death numbers is due to chaos, not out of malice. As a matter of fact, after China waived medical costs for COVID patients they actually exhumed bodies of suspected COVID deaths and did swab tests. Very few other countries have done this.

Chinese generally have a positive view of Ukraine. However, Ukraine's current situation is entirely its own fault. A slav nation between EU and Russia. If somehow for some reason, it pisses off China, it will truly become a "slave" to the west side. All said and done, there are only three fundamentally independent countries on this planet, US China Russia. And history tells how reliable US has been when it comes for cousins. So, yes Ukraine is the only party to blame of all its recent ordeals.

Very limited knowledge regarding this. One of our group did thesis on earthquake prediction based on data mining. Read some from there. No a single viable method to predict this as of now.

I don't think sanctioning countries or individuals who choose to boycott the Winter Olympics is a good idea as it would be perceived negatively by the fence sitting countries. It' sad indeed when Uk politicians believe their own fake news.
