He takes instructions. From who? God knows. The most difficult part of the propaganda war between China and this invisible enemy is the very nature of its hidden authority. It's more difficult to attack when you don't know where to really focus. Puppets like Murdoch and the US political institutions are the obvious front line people but the ones directing them are well hidden.
