"Citywide manhunt after masked men launch petrol bomb attack on home of Hong Kong media mogul and Apple Daily founder Jimmy Lai"
Lai is the founder of media giant Next Digital and Apple Daily, which is published in Hong Kong and Taiwan and is known for its pro-democracy stance."

So China has started physical intimidation of the freedom fighters ? This will backfire.
Why not hold a poll and see whether the hkers want to stay with China or form their own country? Thats the easiest and most fair way forward.
Didn't they do that in Kashmir and India send in the troops?

Hold your horses!

Reading your headline about petrol bomb, three things comes to mind.

1/ if throwing petrol bomb is wrong, how come I don't hear you condenming petrol bombS thrown at Police?

2/ where in the world did you connect a petrol bomb being thrown at that traitor Jimmy Lai WITH China, as in "China started physical intimidation of the freedom fighters"

3/ And since when did mob violence, riots, beating old people and women, and wanton destruction of property is called "freedom fighters"

Lastly, why is it the decision to seperate Hong Kong from China is only the decision for the people of Hong Kong?

Before you answer that, let me help you before you make a fool of yourself by going on about democracy, freedom, blah blah.

The clues are:
And you google it, it's not difficult! KASHMIR, Catalan. And the USA (civil war was fought on that principle)!

I really suggest you should read more from a wider chioce of materials!

Why don't you ask your Modi Indian government to set up the ballot for india controlled kashmir? No?

Jumping to a convenient conclusion, without any further solid proof mind you, that fits your fantasy is a sign of immaturity, which all in bold quite explained well to a degree.

Scratch it a little deeper under the glossy sheen of being the biggest democrazy, there seems to be quite a bit of crooks and, ahem, that little problem of undying caste system.

Here is just a small sample size which casts wide deep shadows on your glittery democrazy claims.

Over 40 percent of India's MPs face criminal charges including rape – study

Isn't it great, that he is illusory, he can only see India through rose-tinted glasses, whereas in Hong Kong and China, it's hell on earth! He really should read more, particularly about his wonderful and beloved India!

Yes, China is hunting down terrorists that throw petrol bombs at people. You let them run loose in India? LOL I heard India was a terrible place but I never imagined it is that bad... You have the term freedom fighter confused. These are terrorists. The ones that killed your Indian soldiers are freedom fighters. Being Indian, I thought your English would have been better... for obvious reasons LOL

Just because India tried to avenge its dead soldiers and it backfired with more dead Indian soldiers and all Indian jets/helos shot down and no losses to Pakistan, doesn't mean it will backfire on China too. See, unlike India, China actually gets things done... really really quickly and efficiently, which is why when you look at China, you see all things that India cannot do. Containing this riot and absorbing Hong Kong will be one of them.
Why not hold a poll and see whether the hkers want to stay with China or form their own country? Thats the easiest and most fair way forward.
Because that's democracy, and China doesn't play that shit. That's why we didn't end up broke and incompetent like India. You keep your British ways to yourself and keep falling behind China and our proven superior system.
