MOFCOM: China to establish 'unreliable entities' list

Based on relevant laws and regulations, China will establish a list of unreliable entities, China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) spokesperson Gao Feng said on Friday.

Specific measures will be announced soon, according to Gao.

Another possibility would be you won't get credit and loans by Chinese banks and connected institutions as well as direct investment. This might matter to smaller tech companies and startups.

Update: the Chinese 'entities list' may include companies, organizations or individuals.

So it is not limited to companies only.
