Regarding nuclear-powered aircraft carriers & vessels, FZGFZY has a few things to say:

有关大家关心的核动力问题,目前2万吨的HHp25海洋核动力平台进展顺利,由我国目前唯一具备核动力生产安装的渤海重工建造,预计今年底完成主体工程。2万吨级破冰船招标进行中,具体情况未知。核动力航母设计中,预计数年后在改造完成,具备核动力生产资格的大连大船航母生产线建造。
Translation: "Regarding the issue of nuclear propulsion that everyone seems to care about, the HHP25 marine nuclear platform (20000 tons) is progressing smoothly. It is the only nuclear propulsion platform in production in China, and was built by Bohai Heavy Industries. The project is expected to be completed by the end of this year. The bidding for the 20000-ton nuclear-powered icebreaker is underway, but the details are unknown. Regarding nuclear-powered aircraft carriers, it is expected that Dalian will have built a production line for nuclear carriers once renovations have completed."

Translation: "There has been many rumors about the new "big ship factory" (obviously better translation needed). JNCX is already building the conventionally-powered Type 003 (judging from its 200-meter dock). It cannot be ruled out that JNCX will build two Type 003 carriers and some have predicted that it will win the contract for them. [Dalian's] production line will be refurbished in 2019 following the construction of the CV-17, followed by the construction of CVN #005 & #005 in 2022. JNCX will complete CV #003 & #004 around 2015-2025. The possibility of [JNCX] refurbishing its production line isn't that large."

TL;DR
  • JNCX may end up building two Type 003 conventionally-powered CVs
  • JNCX will complete these two carriers circa 2015-2025
  • It is unlikely that JNCX will refurbish its production line (for nuclear CVN construction)
  • DL will refurbish its facilities to support CVN construction in 2019 (after CV-17 is all completed)
  • DL will aim to start construction of two nuclear-powered carriers (number 5 & 6) by 2022
:一条没有必要加长坞,当然也可以认为是以后核动力的时候两条一起建。我个人预测是目前03、04一起建,这个是我个人预测而已
FZGFZY: "There is no need to add a long dock; it is perfectly reasonable to expect two nuclear-powered CVNs to be built together when the time comes. I personally predict that CV #003 and #004 (carrier numbers, not model numbers) are being built together. This is merely my personal prediction."

There is no such rule in this universe. That said, the report that 003 will be 110K is probably fanboistic wet dreaming.

And you know more than 7 decades of carrier iterations that USN has been operating? Years of operations has optimised carrier design to Ford Class

Off course you can just ignore that be another fan boy

You claimed that carriers cannot go above 110K. Again, there is no such rule in this universe, whether created by God or by the USN.

FZGFZY also entertains another possibility:

第二种可能,常规动力的004给大连,大连2019年底左右造,江南抢时间在2021年前后完成003后改造。2025左右改造完成生产005。
Translation: "The second possibility is that the construction of the conventionally-powered carrier #04 has been assigned to Dalian, with construction slated for the end of 2019, while JNCX races to complete carrier #03 by 2021. Around 2025, the construction facilities will have been modified to complete the construction of carrier #05."

cannot? quote where I said that ?
110k is largest carriers can get

It’s a optioned size and weight highly doubt anyone will exceed it not because they can but because you don’t
If 110k is the largest carriers "can get", you are obviously claiming that they can NOT get higher. What you should have said is that you don't think larger carriers than Fords and Nimitzs are practical or feasible or whatever, but that would have been just an opinion. Instead you made it sound like some law of nature or something.

250 meters of runway, 4 catapults, 50 to 60 aircraft, 25 feet of clear height in the hangar, 100,000 tons - and then three of them in one task force - are considered optimal for today's aircraft types. In the future smaller units may promise an advantage again.
