Approx. 36,000 vehicles. They will also have 300,000 troops, more than 1,000 aircrafts and around 80 ships.

China's contribution is 3,200 troops, along with over 1,000 pieces of weaponry and 30 fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters from Northern Theater Command.

So you're saying the Russians CAN? WILL? muster 36,000 tanks for this exercise?? LOL!, lets just say I don't believe that?? that's a LOT of tanks, no doubt there are a smaller number of "frontline" equipment and a bunch more JUNK?? but 36,000 tanks?? the Russians have money trouble Bub, you're always telling me we can't afford F-35, Zumwalt, LCS,,, probably true, but you believe the Russians are gonna field 36,000 combat ready tanks???

They are not buying 36,000 New T14 Armata tanks this number is the projected number of participants likely to be a huge mix of vehicle types including T90,T80,T72, BMP models 1,2,and 3, BTRs, and more much of it likely cold war era types that have remained in service.
