Fuel Controller?? that would be my guess, when you drop tank, you burn them off before the mains.

It could also be that they meant "Cross Feed"? aircraft such as C-130s pump fuel from aux tanks into the mains, this requires pumping on schedule, if you mess that up, you may have a glider?? very bad!

A Cessna 310 has tip tanks, which are the "mains", aux fuel is in the baggage compartments aft of the engines in the nacelle, you burn fuel out of the mains, then you feed fuel from the aux tanks to the tips, if one of the mains has less fuel than the other, then you might need to "cross feed" to balance the fuel in the tips in order to keep the aircraft in "trim"!

fuel is very important in "trimming" aircraft, you must maintain weight and balance, if you don't? you can adversely affect flying qualities, and may end up with a problem? if you can't "switch tanks", you can end up with a very dangerous aircraft??

So either "Fuel Controller", or "Cross Feed" would be my guess.

Here is a trick JASDF F-15J has up their sleeve.

An infra-red passive sensor used as firing control against stealth aggressors.
It looks as if they also placed a jammer against lock-on radar.

So no news normaly 6 F-15SA arrived :)
4th batch of 6 F-15SA, 1st 12/2016 four, four also for 2nd and 5 for 3nd batch planned again at less 2 others batchs eventualy 3 for this year so about 35 delivered.

First logic for OCU 55th Sqn to Dahran almost full a Sqn have in general 20 units.

At less 2 delivered are former F-15S this big deal is for 84 F-15SA delivered for 2019 ( replace 70 F-15C/D ) and 68 S in service upgraded refurbished in fact almost all new in SA and armed especialy with 400 ! AGM-84L Block II Harpoon and normaly AGM-84H SLAM-ER the Harpoon variant for land Attack use USN, USAF use AGM-158 better.
