(ATTN: ADDS details, US Army's curfew decision in para 7, 12-14)
SEOUL, Oct. 7 (Yonhap) -- Another U.S. soldier in Korea is under investigation on suspicion of raping an underage South Korean girl, police said Friday, less than two weeks after a similar case enraged locals.

The Seoul Mapo Police Station said they were interrogating the 21-year-old private from a communications brigade of the 8th U.S. Army over allegations that he sexually assaulted the 18-year-old girl in her rented room in Mapo, central Seoul, in the early morning of Sept. 17.

They're covering it, they say something like "Boston PD asked demonstrators to leave the park they were in and then they were removed. There were some scuffles and some people were arrested". I think it's a much, much bigger story inside the Occupy movement than in the population at large.

To quote a Bond villain, 'the key to a good story is not the where or the when or the how, but the why'

Now why would Iran want to assassinate Saudi's ambassador to Washington? What would be the point? I don't see the 'why' in this story.

Maybe..but these Occupy protest are miniscule compared to the anti-war protest in the US during the Vietnam war. Miniscule.

Several Middle Eastern states besides Israel have some frictional relationship with Iran, that includes Suadi Arabia, Qatar, etc. Iran rulers view these Arab states (usually rich oil Middle Eastern nation) to be puppets to the west. That's why there's contention between them.

Do you think it might get any bigger?

I think it will fizzle if the economy gets significantly better. But I think people have started to realize that what's really wrong in this country is the nexus of corruption that runs through the corporate world and government. People are noticing that relationship and how it affects them. We shall see if the movement dies from lack of momentum/distraction/division, if it gets successfuly co-opted by the Dems (unlikely), or if the politicians actually manage to meet some of its demands. If none of that stuff happens, it's only going to grow.
