Not sure if this has been posted before but the opening of gwadar port for transport to Iran has major significance both for Iran, Pakistan and China.

Pakistan really has developed a lot of clout from this war. And Jai hinds keep telling us Pakistan is a irrelevant failed state.

Looks like Pakistan still have a lot more issues related to bureaucracy and corruption preventing efficient Gwadar Port operations. Hope it can still be fixed to live up to its' potential.

Hangeng Trade Company said in an official statement that "non-commercial factors" and operational hurdles had made it impossible to continue operations. Despite meeting international export standards, the firm said its shipments remained stalled, pushing the business into a loss-making position.

The company claimed it had remained in contact with authorities for the past three months but saw no resolution, forcing it to take the drastic step. It added that all dues, including three months' salaries, penalties, electricity bills, and container demurrage charges, have been cleared before the shutdown.

While reaffirming that Pakistan and China remain strong economic partners, the firm noted that Gwadar is a flagship project under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and that its investment was made in the spirit of bilateral cooperation. However, it stressed that a "clear and workable policy environment" is essential for sustaining business operations.

The company also thanked the Government of Pakistan and the Ministry of Planning for promoting Pak-China economic ties but cautioned potential investors to carefully assess uncertainties before committing to ventures in Gwadar.

Losers can't set terms. So they have to resort to gaslighting.

I'm shocked, shocked! American AI companies spend money to smear their Chinese counterparts, just like their government allocating special funds dedicated to PSYOP against Chinese government and China.

The US regime has 10 times more nuclear warheads than China. Chinese diaspora "reporter": it's all China's fault!

That's what I'm talking about when it comes to counter propaganda against the US. This is where Americans admit they don't believe in democracy. They think if they can find just one Chinese to agree with them, that confirms what they believe to be true. Even a better example is when Republicans say Africans sold Africans into slavery so Americans didn't commit any crime. So when does one African that sold a whole bunch of Africans into slavery make it all right? When does one African represent all Africans when you're suppose to believe in individual human rights? And yet it's the go-to excuse for Republicans to spin the US never enslaved Africans. Where's that superior white morality and ethics that would reject Africans being offered to be sold as slaves? It's nowhere. And yet white Westerners get to decide for Africans which African gets to make all the decisions for every other African. It's a joke to believe the West cares for democracy. It's like claiming Hitler was a freedom and democracy fighter for all just because he believed in only his freedom and rights and no one else's which is correct. Anybody can be a champion for democracy and human rights under those terms. And the West is an example of that. And why do they get away with that? Because no one points that out because mainly the West has all the power and money in the world which influences people not to bring it up because then the West might not do or give you the things you want since they have all the power and the money. And then you have like some Chinese crying for China to pursue Western style soft power who will charge that's not soft power if the Chinese did that. And we have Chinese that will argue to do nothing, say nothing because they believe in some naivete that it will magically work out in their favor on its own... No that's why the West has been able to spin themselves as the good guys when their actions to this day and history says they're not.

Just skimmed through the article:
There is a reason why Beijing does not want to haggle over its nuclear forces. The Chinese government believes that, rather than generating risk, a stronger nuclear deterrent will actually stabilize relations with the United States by forcing American officials to treat Beijing as a peer and avoid challenging its core interests.
Correct! Good insight!

But in reality, China’s repeated rejection of substantive arms control negotiations, meaningful nuclear transparency, and basic confidence-building measures largely undermines stability, even by Beijing’s standards.
Nevermind. So close, yet so far. You fail. Get out.

Also, by Beijing standards? What the hell does that mean? Pay attention to these loaded phrases that always imply something nefarious about China that doesn't even exist in the first place. This is what I call weaponized writing.

It is time for Beijing to recognize that its campaign against nuclear first use is not credible, thanks, in part, to its nuclear program’s expansion.

China approved large exports of rare earth vital for US aerospace in March

The 60-ton shipment of yttrium oxide is 50% larger than all the yttrium shipped to the U.S. since China imposed export controls on several rare earths last April at the height of the trade war with Washington.
(curious, does boeing think or plan to even assemble planes in china? like airbus?)

That's petty Asian nationalism for you. Japan can't let Trump only go to China because that's says how important China is so add a trip to Japan to lessen the importance. Remember it was Japan that scuttled any notion of including China as a part of the G7 and was against a G2 between the US and China because that made China too important more than Japan. That's why the G20 was created because they had to have some forum to talk to China.

The more I think about it, the more I realize Japan elites think very similar on the lines of Indian elites. They have this contradictory delusional view on things and are obsessed with Izzat even more than the standard face saving measures. Just one has more money and more competency but the mindset still is there.
