Satellite image issued by Iran of the E-3. Turns out no, Iran did not manage to hit a taxing aircraft. Rather USAF have decided to park the plane on the taxi way near the end of the runway. They probably did it both to make room for other aircrafts in the big open area and so the E-3 can take off first if situation arises.

But on the other hand that means Iran's own reconnaissance satellites, although not the most advanced nevertheless had enough resolution for them to positively identify and target the high value target.

You don’t need that high of a resolution to tell planes apart from the tarmac or planes have radar dishes on them.

I think this is the same chemical/steel industrial area. Don't know if more targets were hit.

No footage, but I found this from yesterday:

Emirates Global Aluminium said its facility sustained 'significant damage.'

Also on Sunday, Bahrain's Foulath Holding, an industrial group and the parent company of Bahrain Steel and SULB, announced a force majeure for certain group operations due to war disruptions.

The "rapidly evolving situation in the region, including airspace restrictions, disruption to certain maritime routes, and heightened security risks, has created circumstances beyond the group’s control", the Bahrain News Agency cited the company as saying on Sunday.

That has affected its operations and supply chain networks. Hence, it has temporarily suspended certain activities "as a precautionary measure".

Iran's reasons:

It is noteworthy that the "EMAL" plant has the longest aluminum production line in the world with a production capacity of 1.3 million tons, and the "ALBA" aluminum plant, with investment and shareholding by American companies, plays a significant role in the production of military industries for the terrorist U.S. army.

More American "allies" getting pummeled.

So this was not really a plan so much as a vibe that was somehow enough to persuade the idiot US administration.

At this point, is anyone even keeping score of all these American vibe based masterplans since the war began?

Start protests. Force regime change. Escort ships through Hormuz. "Secure" Iran’s nuclear material.

Turn Kurds and Azeris against Tehran. Hit Iranian tankers. Find insiders ready to betray the regime.

Every week it is a new galaxy brain strategy, and every week it falls apart on contact with reality.
