That's not strictly true tho. NOT all equipment shown are in serial or even IOC but only in service which could mean undergoing OT&E at FTTB units. What is true is that all equipment shown have been delivered to the end user(aka the PLA) hence in service. GJ-11 was stuck in OT&E hell for years as I recall and I still don't think there are any GJ-11s deployed in combat units yet.
Fair, though TWZ is painting them as being "far from service" which is rather ridiculous.

You have to let The Cope Zone put just a little bit of copium in the PLA articles. Something for the bloated, bloviating MAGA-hatted retards in the comments section to hang on to.
I honestly think that the comments in the section that are coping especially hard with "China copies everything using plywood" are in reality Chinese-aligned bots trying to get the US population to badly underestimate China. I think even the most willfully blind now tacks on a "but we shouldn't underestimate our enemy" or a "we need to be cautious of enormous quantities of lower tier equipment".

New pic, but somehow I feel like the shape of this aircraft is all off. Giant dorsal bump doesn't look like a intake and it has some sort of spine that extends the entire way to the engine exhaust.
It's possible there are blocks placed under the wrap to intentionally obfuscate. Although this would not make much sense if the drone is going to be paraded about in two weeks time.

But if things go well with these drones we could see live units at Zhuhai next year maybe even a flyby.
I think GJ-11 is the exception. Every single weapon shown in past parades are in service in some numbers. Also in terms of preventing others from spying, it makes zero sense to show off weapons that are cutting edge in a parade. Cause your opponent can copy you and match your capability.

Considering how PLA operates, they will only show capabilities that are mature and also less strategically significant so that showing them off will not cause a big loss in terms of your opponents matching you.

I actually believe PLA has even stronger tech that are secretly in development and most likely in prototype stage similar to 6th gen planes. In fact they could even be in active service but not shown.

It could be a small SATCOM dome and perhaps the intakes are on the side of the fuselage.

Either way, this should be some sort of unmanned aircraft.

Perhaps with drones and CCAs there's a tendency for them to be less mature in terms of development when first included in parade due to the way they are displayed? Where as manned aircrafts have to fly overhead and land vehicles driven under their own power, UCAVs gets shown on a flatbed so you can get away with putting them on display earlier.

But why display early and give away the surprise? It only makes you weaker since the your opponents can copy it or counter it.

China has shown again and again that they don't like to show off. They like to hide and bide instead. So, showing off tech before its ready is only going to make them weaker.

It goes against China's whole strategic thinking and past tendencies.
