The pictures all show various degrees of damage to buildings/structures with unspecified content and a good portion of them show damage to concrete that is an insignificant expense compared even to the missiles spent. Certainly nothing close to one or multiple $250M Rafale shootdown(s).
LOL I don't know/care if the pilot names and hospitals are random but the aircraft names are certainly not.
Its funny when you consider we saw more damage from Iran's strike on Israel than what we are seeing in some of these pictures.
