The Kashmir conflict 2025.

On available PL15 information. It was seen tested 2013 (could be earlier)- and officially inducted by 2015-2016. Export version needs to be sanctioned by government. You typically would not export your best equipment only inducted recently by your own force. Could the 2015 means Year 2020 Week 15?
Dates on Chinese weapons are usually in YYMM instead of YYWW. There is a possibility that China acquired a large stock of this component, in 2015 and still had enough inventory of this component in 2020-202? and used them for the manufactured of PL-15E ordered by Pakistan.

At least one SAAB-2000 was destroyed at Bolari, from what I read, along with 5 KIA. And if a base compound is being hit, it certainly cannot be said to be a 'miss', like Balakot was. But overall, it was indeed a message. India was never going to put Pakistan in a position where it becomes impossible for them to go down the ladder.

American media itself admitted that bombing Noor Khan AFB is what started the cease-fire discussion. Indian kept on hitting base after base until the next day afternoon before Pakistan eventually accepted the deal. A war is won or lost depending on the political goal being achieved or not. India's goal was to make Pakistan accept the new normal.

The last time something India struck Pakistani AFBs was in 1971. It didn't happen even during Kargil.

Oh so it was India's objective all along to lose half a dozen of your most advanced jets over your own airspace, get your bases bombed and your officials killed.

Well congrats, you achieved a new normal, so why beg Trump to broker a ceasefire? Why not continue the new normal?

Aahahahahahaaa you went from, "Massive explosion, couldn't believe my eyes, everything on fire," to "Yeah, there wasn't much damage because we didn't want to do much. It was just a warning." LOLOLOL Yeah, CNN says India came begging for the ceasefire if you like American sources. And Pakistan says they were being kind to you on day 1 because they also didn't want to put you in a situation where you could not de-escalate or they would have made 10 more Rafale Tandooris that day.

The Noor Khan explosion WAS massive. Even Pakistanis aren't denying that. The last time an AFB was targeted was back in 1971. It is very much a new thing. Normal or not, we shall see.

CNN said Pakistan claimed India begged America. Pakistan also claimed they have captured an Indian pilot. People claim things. For the rest of it, guess you will have to take it up with NYT.

All I can think of when SH-15 and Pakistan are mentioned in the same sentence is a huge crowd of civilians gawking at the thing firing as if it were a fireworks show. Crew should’ve told them to disperse…
That's what happens when people treat war like a spectacle for chest thumping purposes. It's one thing for internet pundits to shitpost, but for people in the firing line to be doing the same is pretty bizzare.

Same thing when MLRS was firing and you get everyone cheering, I think it's a strictly South Asian thing.

The whole point of putting them on trucks is so that you can shoot and scoot. If you want a show just go with towed artillery…

There is no proof of SAAB being damaged. Please stop reading from your Indian media and wait for neutral sources to do damage assessment. You seem like a reasonable guy and you know how bad our media is (both Pakistani and Indian side).

Yesterday, you claimed that you guys had hit a nuclear storage facility which turned out to be false:

Initial Images of the bases you've hit so far:

The one thing I’ll concede is that it has clearly revealed weaknesses in Pakistan’s air defense.Hopefully, those gaps will be addressed soon.

Fair enough. In my defense I did say I was leaning towards believing it, not completely believed it.

Regarding the specific SAAB, it may have been something else, it many been nothing at all. But it's nearly certain that with dozen+ AFBs being targeted, at least a few aircraft were damaged/destroyed. We are unlikely to ever see any proof of that in any way, but saying absolutely nothing happened doesn't pass the smell test. I am not talking about you, but many others are saying that.
