Awwww, this is his version of telling China to read between the lines; he can't say it in a more obvious way because he doesn't want to be lynched by a redneck crowd descending on the white house (again) but anyone with an IQ that is within 2 standard deviations of the norm can see that he wants to make a deal badly so he's asking China to please call him. This is already pathetic backtracking! Just 2 days ago, he said there would be no talks with China unless China drops the 34% tariffs! What, now talking's free?? What about Vietnam? I doubt China will give him an off-ramp. They should be aiming to cause maximum inflation and chaos in the US economy. The US has much more to lose than China.
