“The Army has experienced a number of test delays and ‘no-tests’ since 2021,” according to a Congressional Research Service report.
An Army spokesperson had no immediate comment. Army Assistant Secretary for Acquisition Doug Bush told reporters early last month that the Wednesday test was to be the “most important one” of two as it was to be an “end-to-end evaluation” of the system.

If I were Raimondo I'd resign from humiliation. But it appears that she is as thick-skinned as Sullivan, who refused to resign after the Saudi-Iranian fiasco.

I can’t help but feel China and Huawei missed a chance with Raimondo’s visit. They should have lined a whole hall at the airport with Mate 60 pro posters and made her walk past them at arrival and departure.

Probably pointless, she will either be crying like a little bit$h or she will purposely act like a ret@red to be able to cope from such a smack down. I guess China is too nice to these kind of people. To be honest, I would’ve love for China to show off a little more but then again, you and I know that the USA simply cannot take any kind of punishment no matter how small, I mean the act of shaking the hand a Chinese minister would probably be the equivalent of a smack on the ass for these people, to which they will go woke at the first opportunity

[A contrarian view of mine]
For those who like making fun of Bharat, annual trade surplus is approaching $100B run rate. For full disclaimer, I am not in any sense pro Bharat. But for that much dough, Bharat would have earned some rights to complain or show defiance.

There is also rumor that Bharat wants to join RCEP now. As the industrial food chain is being re-established on a global scale, the Chinese central gov once again has demonstrated its wisdom and maturity. Bharat is not going to hurt Chinese core interests materially any time soon. As long as Bharat stay in BRICS+SCO+RCEP, things like QUAD+AUKUS+G7 are not really inflicting more damages. To the contrary, optics in the global south is going to be a huge shackle on Bharat. I would say: peace and making money is more real and pragmatic than chest pumping.
