The people who left China in 1980-2000 often cite the viciousness and high social skills required as being too much for them! The west is supposedly socially easier! I hear 西方的社交更单纯！But that's actually because they don't know better and get tricked by surface niceties.
One thing I have to say for overseas Indians is that they have an instinct for navigating western social currents while overseas Chinese don't. But they are also vicious among themselves. Indian American CEOs in Silicon Valley don't give a shit about poor Indian migrant workers being discriminated for caste or being enslaved in UAE.

Could actually be 1/2 or 3 actually. Porsches/Mercedes are not hard to afford, its more a matter of about personal priorities and values. #1 can save up for a 50,000-80,000 vehicle if that's what they really value - for rideshare riders also allows them to earn more per hour #2 either looking to temporarily bring in additional revenue, or believe it or not some office workers find it therapeutic / relaxing after a long day of work though I can never understand why or #3 to feel a false sense of not being an absolute useless parasite to society.
I guess that's where we differs. I believe Chinese people and their issues on anywhere in the world is worth my time talk/care about, especially if they are facing discrimination and injustice.

Another area where we differ is that I can stay on topic while you can't stop drifting. You are just talking for the sake of talking now. You started out claiming that Chinese people should be like Indians, dedicating themselves to Western institutions. I proved that wrong since in the long term, that fails to serve national power. Then, you claimed that Indians are actually being helpful to India by smearing China and praising India in the West. I proved that wrong because they are simply going with what was already the trend in the West. Then you said that Indians will help India develop in the future, which I also proved wrong because it's a catch 22 as they won't go until India's developed and India can't develop without them.
Now you're just muttering to yourself that Chinese people should stand up for ourselves when bullied. OK fine, but that was never what this shit was about, and if these Chinese people possess great talents, there is a far better path than to gun it out in a hostile country.

As I said before, major Chinese EV or batteries would have a great difficulty to enter the US market. Putting EV or batteries plants in Mexico or Latin America would be much more viable options.
As you have said, you don't care to talk about those Chinese that have decided to work and live in western countries. And maybe from that perspective you might have misunderstood my posts. In this post-chain I replied about Indians(western citizens) working in western multinational corporation in western countries and how Chinese people (western citizens) can learn something from those Indians and should also climb the corporate and political leaderships to help themselves and their community. There wasn't really anything about India, China and their citizens until you replied to my posts and inject them in.
Yes, I do believe the continuous anti-China talk points from the like of Vivek and Nikki does megaphones and reinforces the anti-China trend in USA. And it continues to negatively affect Chinese products/services/business and Chinese people in USA.
And yes, Indian workers/leaders/CEOs in western corporations does help India even if they themselves haven't moved back to India yet. They move back-office works to India, they bring Research and Development works to India, and they help develop connections with Indian business and universities.
Bull, Chinese people in China have made China a superpower and the Indians and Chinese living in the US and other countries have minimum influence and help for their mother countries, period.
