China’s Problems Are Real​

Making sense of the country’s economic trouble.

I am sick and tired of eye pollution from western MSM on China. So I put down my conclusion here.

Stock markets to US is equivalent to housing markets to China. Both countries have inherent problems, structural as well as societal, of constraining, containing or mitigating time bombs in their respective traps.

Back in the days I was debating with my Chinese friends on 10+% growth rate 10 years ago or 20 years ago, I always said China was growing too fast on steroids injected by all levels of governments. The same can be said on US monetary inflation out of one bubble after another, the stock markets being the primary playground.

Therefore, when comparing real economies between US and China, US shall take out the financial market while China shall take out the housing market. If so, the economic well being of China would be order of magnitude more healthy than that of US.

This symptom no longer creates as much panic in China as ever before. It will only hurt the American public with gross misunderstanding of China.

The fact that MSM has had to dial it back from "CHINA'S CATASTROPHIC COLLAPSE IS IMMINENT!" to "China's Problems Are Real" (as opposed to fictional/fake) is an implicit acknowledgement that nobody in an important decision making role believes them at all.

Towards the end. Modi also told Ramaphosa about that south pole moon landing: "Russia tried, but it was a failure." So lets see how Russia takes this jab by that so-called "Putin's best friend".

This hints to me that there are things going on beneath the surface between India and Russia. This also confirms my suspicion that Russia had rushed its Luna 25 mission to land on the Moon's south pole region before India. That had possibly affected the mission parameters and botched the soft landing. They way India proclaimed Jai Hind! to be the first to land on the moon's south pole, and Modi's own gloat with Ramaphosa, India is obviously declaring that it had won that moon race with Russia. I wonder how solid is that Russia-India BFF thing.

The technology inside Luna was built by Rostec which has many changes in people and priorities as the project is too old and they mentioned import substitution. it certainly not related to India and Russia mature enough to understand that Modi has to constantly sell some thing to West and domestically.

A soft landing of the station should be ensured by a Doppler speed and range meter (DISD-LR) developed by the Vega concern (part of the Ruselectronics holding of the Rostec State Corporation). The DISD-LR device is created under the conditions of import substitution, the developers note.
Not only the Vega concern supplies key instruments for the Luna-25 project, but also some other Rostec enterprises. For example, the Obninsk "Technology" for "Luna-25" produced more than 80 components, including the case and lightweight frames of solar panels, radiators of the thermal control system and elements of structural fasteners made of composites. The refusal of European partners to participate in cooperation on the Luna-25 project will not affect its implementation in any way

China hasn't won anything yet. MBS is using China to make the US back down. Its a win for SA whatever scenario happens

China basically needs a good recession to wipe out all these accumulated bad debts. It is an unfortunate coincidence however that it can't do that now because it is in great power contest with the US

Recession is always considered a bad thing but dig a little deeper and things become much more different

So China too also put a condition for them not to proliferate or enrich. Makes sense, it would be more sensitive and expensive to allow them.

Big win if true, but I'd guess there's more rounds of negotiation going on.

Nope, check the thread, there's a hashtag created by Indians on X demanding for her arrest. The context on this situation was, there was no context. The teacher is a Hindustan hyperpower believer.

Jealous biatches wrote this when Chinese GDP growth was around 15%. Now that it is a “lackluster” 6% of course they are cumming like there is no tomorrow.
