So no takers ? Let me give you some hints.

All the items are standard issues in the Canadian Army with all trades.

1. I think you'll find everything about the mask and the filter quite quick
Canadian C4 is Canada's modern NBC defense gas mask/respirator developed by DREO (Defense Research Establishment Ottawa) in the early 1980's.

2. This is american-made and it's a very useful tool in a vehicle
Gerber seat belt cutter

3. Every soldiers carries one to treat some specific kind of injuries.
no idea! some sort of bandages, dressings and adhesive tape kit?!

4. It's made from a very well-known brand and help soldiers keep their feet dry.

I'll give it to you, since you got most of them right except the last one.

The answers are : 1. C4 Gas mask made by DREO with C7 filtering canister made by 3M
2. Gerber strap cutter
3. NATO Field Dressing, used to treat gunshot wound
4. GORETEX oversocks (that you were in your boots but over your normal socks).

So, it's your turn Kwaigonegin

Marilyn Monroe and no idea what she is working on.

Saw this photo in cracked two months ago. Didn't cheat.

OK.. since it's been a couple weeks I'll give it to you siege....
you are partly correct.

The above picture is that of Norma Jeane Dougherty and she worked in a factory in Van Nuys, California making the OQ-2 radioplane, sometimes called the RP-5A. The OQ-2 was the first mass produced unmanned aerial vehicle in the world and is the great grandaddy of the UAVs and drones we see today.

Norma Jean would very soon after this picture was taken become an actress and took the stage name of Marilyn Monroe.

Okay, it's been quite a while. Here is a seven part part question. Tell which ship...the ship name, type of vessel, and pennant number that was involved with each of the following:

1) Which US Navy vessel launched the fist Viking missile at sea?
2) Which US Navy vessel was the 1st to test the Tartar Missile system?
3) Which US Navy vessel launched the only XF-17 missiles ever used as boosters fror nuclear weapons tests?
4) Which US Navy vessel was the 1st to test the Mark 45 5" 54 caliber naval gun?
5) Which US Navy vessel was the 1st to test the AN/SPG-59 Radar System?
6) Which US Navy vessel was the 1st to test the AEGIS System?
7) Which US Navy vessel was the 1st to have installed and test the VLS System for the AEGIS System?

Good luck!
