looks like it, after all, how does China get M4s, and then those blue glocks. They are probably just practicing strategies, etc.

for the rifle.

I've know that some paramilitary organism are using those weapon for training because it's low cost effective. And they are pretty realistic too, even with the good weight, and they even have shell ejected when firing.... A friend of mine told me about this thing a few years ago.

Usually, the elite units within every military has some flexibility in selecting equipment other than what is regularly issued to regular units. I am aware of some elite Russian units running around with Western weapons and equipment.

The blue glocks are surely training weapons, so the m4s probably are too. Looks like Rommel is on the money. Although judging from the lack of eye protection, theres no firing going on, why bother with paintball?

That's true. Even Pakistani SSG units have been seen using M4s/M16s and Steyr AUG rifles...and the Pakistani Chief of Staff has a Glock on him as well.

No. Did u forgot the Chinese copy the U.S. M16A1 and M4A1, but their own minor modification to it. It first was introduced in the 1980 for the M16A1, than the weapon was in the North American market in 1987 and was soon withdrawn after only 500 units sold due to a copyright dispute with Colt, the original manufacturer of the AR-15 and M16 assault rifle. The weapon was also sold to a number for foreign customers including the Afghanistan resistance forces during the Soviet occupation in the 1980s. Later NORINCO also introduced the CQ 5.56mm carbine, which is a copy of the M4A1 was born.

If u want to know where did I get this information plz go to:

Getting small arms from country to country isnt that difficult though it might not be straight from US to China but from other nations. Chinese elite units are known to be trained with both domestic and foreign weapons at hand. In a battle situation it is what ever gun is closet to you. Having knowledge of foreign gun is a good idea for penetration operations where resupplies is not always present.

This picture of the PLA with foreign guns is extremely rare image, cause it is near impossible to get images of PLA troops using foreign weapons. (Exception of the SDU with the MP5)
