Can you divide the AAA section into self-propelled and towed? It's just like last time and will make it easier to follow. Thank you.

Re: Sinodefence.com Suggestions

Hi, is it possible to move the "Recent Updates" section before the "New Books" section on the front page? I think it's more efficient if the first thing a person sees is the recent updates. Thank you.

reply notice suggestion

I suggest to send the reply notice to user's PM on the forum, instead of user's email account. A link to the post in the notice would be even better.

Re: reply notice suggestion

well PMs arent allowed for new members without 15 post, and the archive of PM storages in limited...such thing could fill it up in like a week.

but I agree, the E-mail notification is annoying. So perhaps Webmaster should give an insigth of this?

I don't know if the software allows PM notices but I can tell you it allows for the option of not sending emails. So just go to options and set it yourselves, under 'user cp'.

Re: reply notice suggestion

You can edit your own subscriptions in the USER CP (on top bar). Just edit which threads you want to subscribe to or disable email notification all together.

Re: reply notice suggestion

I know and I edited long time ago. I was just thinking this way may be better. People use email address to handle a lot of contacts, while forum PM is only for contact inside the forum.

Re: reply notice suggestion

You use an email address to sign up... forum PM is not a solid solution when you want to NOTIFY someone that there is a NEW POST. If you get PM notifications about posts then you will also get emails about the PM telling you that you've received a new PM.

The whole point about email notification is to get the user back on the site... if user isn't coming back to the site, how will he/she check the PM?

Do we really need this after every post?

Of which I speak:

"Bookmark & Share this thread: Stumble It! Tag This Thread Clesto Digg Reddit"

Does the admin have control over this?
