It was made to make the curious talk :)
Two AIM-120 on each side of the fuel tanks as other F-15s but the SA is only to have 4 HPs under wings sometimes removed

On the 2nd SLAM-ER and RSAF use him for F-15S/SA, Tornados have SCALP-EG the first is a variant of the Harpoon.

But the F-15SA with new APG-82 and saying 12 AAMs is one the best 4.5+ generation with Su-35 and Typhoon CAPTOR AESA only order by Kuwait possible RAF especialy for tranche 3

Strengthening the armament of the Singaporean F-15SG

The US State Department has released a range of new weapons that will complement the Singapore Air Force Boeing F-15SG "Eagle" fighter aircraft.
The following equipment has been licensed for sale in Singapore: GBU-10 LGB Paveway II Bombs (consisting of MXU-651B / B (AFG) airfoil groups, MAU-209C / B MK- 84 or BLU-117B / B and GBU-12 Paveway II LGB (consisting of AFG MXU-650C / B and MK-82 or BLU-111B / B bombs.

A first batch is expected to be available next year to allow Singaporean pilots to begin training in the United States.
40 F-15 "Eagle":

Singapore increased the size of its F-15SG fleet from 24 aircraft to 40. On August 5 and 6, 2014, Boeing produced the aircraft registration described as F-15SG aircraft: N361SG, N363SG, N366SG, N368SG, N373SG, N376SG, N378SG and N837SG. All these devices being newly destined to Singapore.

Apart from the aeronautical interest in the Boeing F-15SG fleet increase of the RSAF, it should be noted that this purchase was particularly discreet and would go back to 2012, according to the figures of the American aircraft manufacturer.

The discretion surrounding this purchase and certainly due to a desire on the part of Singapore not to raise concerns in the region where tensions are already palpable. Singapore already has one of the best equipped armies in the region.

The Boeing F-15SG "Eagle":
The F-15SG version is an evolution of the US Air Force "E" Strike Eagle standard, and includes the Raytheon APG-63 (V) 3 Radar Antenna Radar (AESA) radar. The RSAF has chosen to equip its F-15 with a "Sniper" pod of Israeli designation. The AESA radar coupled with the electronic management suite and the designation pod enable the RSAF to fulfill its missions with a high degree of efficiency
