well we know the wiring must be done and so do the major equipment like Boiler, condenser, steam turbine, genset without it there will be no electricity and no fuel to run. Now they must work on piping , HVAC,communication. furnishing etc Any way on different subject
Did anyone posted this picture before ?. Neat shot as CV17 pulled itself from the dock

Very neat being able to catch things as they happen like in shot that caught the 00A1 carrier pulling away from drydock for first time

With launch date and time being known in advance, it's just a matter of reserving the satellite time slot for that, nothing more. There's nothing coincident about this.

I don't think launch date is officially announced It was rumor but there is contradictory rumor because of the tide situation they might postponed it at the end of the month
So It not sure fire about launching date. But in the end it was launched at 24th It is easy being morning after quarter beck
So your statement is BS

Or they could some educated guess, crunching out ideal time period of the day for the launch, and then make the reservations for that couple of days. It's just a matter of money when comes to commercial satellite imaging, operators would happily oblige if the customer pays the fee.

And the two new British flattops cost only GBP 6.2 b together. If you take out the investment that is also meant for following flattops 001A must cost much less than GBP 3.1 billion, say around $ 2 or 2.5 billion. Chinese shipyards are much more efficient than British ones and comparable equipment will be cheaper too.
There is no point comparing prices for different carriers without knowing how each figure is calculated.
