I used to rinse off in the parts cleaner in the shop, but one day, it started giving me problems, and I am very sensitive to hydrochloric acid around batteries, I avoid that like the Plague

Hydrochloric acid is certainly bad for you if you sniff too much of it. It will burn your lungs. However, it’s not as bad as you think. Your own stomach acid is pure hydrochloric acid... think of acid reflux, with your stomach acid (with some bile content) pushed up into your esophagus. That’s hydrochloric acid.

Now I think of it, it is actually pretty bad for ya :p:D

More like Type 001A is the type name of the aircraft carrier. CV 002 is the code name of the aircraft carrier.

Care to explain, what makes you think 001A is an official designation?

From all we know, 001A was never mentioned in any official source.

It is neither Type 001A nor CV-002, it is simply 002.

The penannt number later on may be 17, or 15 (counting back), or 1 (first fleet carrier) or 42 (advanced training carrier).

I never said the Type 001A is an official designation. On the hand we have often seen the Type 001A refered to as carrier (project) 002.
