Not sure what you meant.. we're you referring to workload? Typically if followed USN which is quite likely, it'll be 12 on 12 off. It also depends on if you're still on port or underway. Also most everyone has watch duties about 4-6 hours.
U like other surface combatants, in a carrier you also have flight deck ops, unrep, etc
