Russian radars have better range than Chinese ones maybe, but they are nothing compared to the West. And one very big minus is that Russian radars can't track much.
Range is pointless if you can't track the planes.

I can't find the word "Russia" in there......

well, the more avanced radars scuh as bars and zhuk ph are pretty advanced, even compared to western radars. they can track up to 24 targets, which is great. you can only engage so many targets, so traking 100 is useless.
