The CAAA Institute's latest test on the simultaneous control of two different drones (CH-4 and CH-5) from the same ground station, which took place on November 4, is done via a communications satellite from China Satcom.

Well, it seems hes very keen on aviation issues in the Middle East. Moreover, he is a journalist that has contributed to Armada Int'l, Asian Military Review and Shepard Media. Quite an aficiandao on aviation:

AECC AEP80 800kw turboprop engine can be used on 2~4 tons single engine or 5~8 tons twin engines aircraft, AEP50E 500kw turboprop engine is used as UAV's engine. It seems WL-2 is powered by this engine.
The difference between CH4 and WL II is CH 4 use piston engine and WL II Turbo prop

If my memory serves me right, Alan Warnes used to be a contributor journalist for the "Air Forces Monthly" magazine. He has also authored a book on PAF, titled "A New Dawn - Pakistan Air Force." I've read his articles, and seems to be a fairly decent journalist in terms of credibility. Meaning he is unbiased ... so far (knock on wood).
