Do you know how this statement is usually interpreted? I get that it makes no grammatical sense but it does tend to suggest that China arms bad guys with drones. Those bad guys being Middle Easterners. If you're going to be posting stuff on a public forum, it's your responsibility to be exact with language or apologise for misunderstandings created by your own poor choice of words. It doesn't matter if one or two other members get your stupid jokes. There are many other readers around. Soon enough some dumbasses will be going around the internet saying that China arms ISIS with drones. False news repeated enough becomes believable. Just like some idiots think all Chinese eat dogs for lunch and then munch on foetuses for dessert. If you can't talk properly, you should shut up.
Ougoah, you neeed to let it go.

Forbin qualified his stament later when asked directly (and by someone who was not insulting him as you are doing and he indicated that the bad guys he meant were ISIS.

So, let it go and considered yourself warned for the insulting posts.

Tengeon Tech unveiled Cargo Drone project featuring 42m Wingspan, 8 engines, can carry more than 20 tonnes payload, and Stay in the air up to 24 hours.

Not just only a concept, It's a Project with scheduled first flight in 2020.

Eight engines for 20 tonnes of payload... hmm... must be pretty small engines. A high-bypass version of the AI-222 could be a promising candidate with the current variants' providing 2.6t of thrust without afterburner. An upgraded version of the old AI-25 could also be considered.

Turbofan transports around the world have a payload-to-MTOW ratio of ~0.3 and a TWR of ~0.25 so a payload of 20t would imply an MTOW of ~66.7t which would need a total thrust of ~16.7t which divides up to ~2.1t per engine, corresponding nicely to the thrust figures of the AI-25 and AI-222.

Ooh, I do like this particular concept, though it is very small to exploit the true potential for its configuration.
Hopefully they will look into upscaling it to a Reaper/Wingloong II sized drone, into a TERN like concept to give small flight deck surface combatants like DDGs and FFGs a fixed wing MALE ISR capability.
