Iraqi Army Aviation CH-4B drone monitored ISIS activity in Fallujah city and the Anbar desert used to smuggle weapons and fighters. Fighters congregated in safe houses within Fallujah which were targeted after monitoring with drones. Additionally storage sites and vehicles carrying explosives and weapons were targeted. Losses to ISIS include 9 fighters, 2 vehicles with ammunition and explosives, 1 car garage storing a semi trailer beneath and 1 headquarters with a strike occurring as ISIS fighters went to the balcony. 4x HJ-10 guided missiles were used. Total cost to the Army Aviation was $500,000USD.

......

Countries, not being in good good terms with China such as India, Vietnam , etc are not going to send a inquiry anyway. So if I was chinese official or a comission for clearing arm exports, I would allow its export without any, or minor restrictions
You just defeated yourself. ;)
Your original post said "China only cares money."
Now you provide some countries in bad terms with China, they will not ask, neither will China ever sell regardless of how much money could be.

Why China would not allow CH 5 export ?

By now China has even more advanced UAV projects and technologies in the testing

Basically, China is hardly standing for any ideology, all they care about is money. CH 5 is the only Reaper competitor globally. Its foolish to miss such a chance, to cash in big piles of money
You're right in saying that China does not stand for ideology. But you forgot that China has an elephant's memory. ;)

After reading the new rumors from PDF, its a bit surprising to find that, if true, the Divine Eagle program is making good progress, as supposedly the first Divine Eagle prototype already flew last year, and the second prototype is already doing taxi tests. Looks like its getting harder and harder to get reliable information and even harder to get pictures on new Chinese military developments.

If it has been this difficult to obtain photographs of the massive Divine Eagle, then I wonder when will photographs of the new FC-31 prototype really come out.
Since the v2.0 is now rumored to be the 2nd prototype of Divine Eagle, has the FC-31 v2.0 even been rolled out yet?

Who made that determination? They aren't even similar. Who thought, on hearing that the Divine Eagle no.2 did its taxi tests, that it was actually the J-31 mistaken? Because if I heard both rumors, I would assume that they were completely separate and non-exclusive of each other.
