CHD622V20 was on its way to Russia

Basically, Russia navy will rely on Chinese engines (both gas turbine and diesel) in foreseeable future.

BTW, Russia still has advantage at nuclear/steam turbine engines.

China shipyards on average have launched on average 20+ warships per year since 2012

Bulk of these are

Type 056 x 43
Type 054A x 15
Type 052C/D x 14
Type 055 x 1
Type 071 x 2
Type 815A x 4
Type 901 x 2
Type 903 x 6
Type 904 x 3
CV-17 x 1

Adding in LST, training ships, logistics, submarine recuse and submarines takes the total to over 100 units in 5 years

This is a formidable pace sustained going forward

Now the push for heavy tonnage from 2017 to 2022 continues a pace

What's the average tonnage per year launched? I would think the carrier would be an outlier. But general trend should be increasing.
