Your reasoning is not logic, a contract is a biding document, true, by ratify it means the go ahead is given, China has a bad track record with the J-11 license, plus add they copied without license the Su-33 and Su-27UB/MKK. Russia as a country has also people who see China not with the best of eyes. Sukhoi can not start building jets to get cancelled as the 200 J-11 license was, ratification is logic is you dig history.

Your line of reasoning is pretty not logic, the contract was signed, that is a fact Rostec is not making up things like most people say here, but the contract can be cancelled, it happens all the time, could it happen yes it can.

If you could be more realistic and see the contract was indeed signed but that this is not a bidding document to the end of the world, it is just a bidding document and both sides need to ratify it because Russia is not willing to spend money to build Su-35s and later for the Chinese to tell them well we do not want them, that is a thing any company will try to avoid.

Please show me a pic or video of the contract signing ceremony

I think we should all just wait and see. At this point no one knows for sure and certainly no one here knows with 100% certainty that the SU 35 deal is signed, sealed and delivered.
All the arguments thus far has been semantics in nature be it signed, ratified, confirmed, researched etc.
In commercial dealings once the final purchase contract is signed it is signed. Unless there is a breach of contract (that would be a different story) both parties are held accountable. There are tons of different paperwork and legal documents that need to be sign especially on a multi billion $ acquisition like this one.
I'm going to take a poke and assumed some paperwork were signed but NOT all. To summarized if say there are 10 documents to are needed to be signed for the entirety of the acquisition they are at # 7.

I think we can at least conclude that the current status of the sale and that is by Russia's own admission is that there is no enforceable contract until some form of ratification takes place. Until and unless such ratification takes place there is in fact no deal. Either you are pregnant or you are not.

Sone mews ... following my latest information the first four Su-35 for the PLAAF are already under construction to make their maiden flights in late 2016 - more likely early 2017 - ...

Already in the shop - six Su-35 aircraft under the plan 2016, two aircraft T-50 and T-50-11 cockpit. Workers of all sites are configured for operational work and high commitment. In the anniversary year for the workshop we will hand over ten Su-35, four aircraft to foreign customers, as well as the three T-50's. To be a new stage in repair and modernization of the Su-27 aircraft. In the same year, will launch serial production of T-50. Now we are preparing the necessary equipment, technical documentation is studied, equipment is being mastered.
