Chinese purchase of Su-35

Colonel
Well, I have decided to ignore the latest "news" on the Su-35.

Why? Because of this: Russian media quoting Igor Morozov, a member of the Russian Federation Committee on International Affairs, confirming "Chinese aircraft carrier, Lianoning, and a guided missile cruiser were heading to the area, and adding Chinese military advisers were already in the region"

If even a top Russian official can be either misquoted or whatever, how can I believe what they quoted about a company executive (in the case of the Su-35)?

that is your opinion, the 117s is something gives it advantage, but old habits change last

show me J-xx Flanker doing that

Your post made no logical sense. The Su-35's redundancy is not anyone's "thinking" but rather an observation made of the degree of similarity between the Su-35's systems and those of the J-11D/6. Aerobatic maneuvers made by the T-50 (which was almost certainly confined to strict flight envelopes) has no place in this equation.

You might be right but i will say this, this thread has become really ridiculous, the one who is quoted is the CEO of Rostec, who basically is like the CEO of Boeing or the CEO of EADS confirms the sale of Eurofighters or F-15s.

But like we say who has the last laugh laughs better, let us see who is right if i am wrong i will offer you an apology to all of you doubters of the deal, but if am right i will consider you have distorted the whole saga of the Su-35 deal and made a horribly wrong summary of the history of the deal and you are not even aware you so called fans of the PLAAF of what the PLAAF is doing

Look, I think we've been at it for too long. No apologies owed. I do apologize if I had come off as too harsh.

At this point the bipolar nature of this supposed Su-35 deal has, understandably, got everybody skeptic about this alleged purchase. Let's just give it a rest.

Сергей Чемезов: Китай закупит российские Су-35
Стороны заключили крупный контракт на поставку многофункциональных истребителей

Russia and China signed a major contract for the purchase of aviation multipurpose fighters Su-35, according to "Kommersant". Thus, the Chinese military were the first foreign customers of these airplanes: they previously operated only Russian Air Force.

"Long negotiations for the supply of Su-35 in China are completed, we signed the contract," - said General Director Sergei Chemezov Rostec.

For the first time the Chinese military identified their interest in the Su-35 back in 2008 during the Air Show Airshow China, when the commander in chief of the Chinese Air Force Colonel General Xu Qiliang on the company "Sukhoi" acquainted with the capabilities of a fighter and praised its flight and performance characteristics. China's Ministry of Defence formally requested the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation with the purchase of the Su-35 in 2011. At the end of 2012, a preliminary agreement was signed, but it took another three years to harmonize the technical and financial conditions.

For China, this delivery is of strategic importance because it provides the Chinese military advantage over the F-15 and other aircraft having armed with neighboring Japan. Now Chinese fighters land-based naval aviation can perform limited tasks of patrolling, but their fuel capacity is severely restricted. Therefore, China needs aircraft with the speed and range, what has the Su-35.
Purchase games Su-35 will significantly increase the combat capabilities of the Chinese Air Force. According to experts, the Su-35 has a much better performance characteristics as compared to the standing armed counterparts and established a set of onboard equipment allows to solve a wide range of tasks.

The Su-35 is a deeply modernized maneuverable multifunctional fighter generation "4 ++". It uses a fifth-generation technology, providing superiority over similar class fighters.

The Su-35 has a 30-millimeter gun, 12 suspension points for missiles and bombs. Target detection range greater than 400 kilometers, and on-board radar can simultaneously track up to 30 targets. The plane flies without refueling more than 3500 km. Among the distinctive features of the most powerful in the world's fourth-generation fighter - new engines, avionics and radar, as well as engine with increased thrust.

A set of components for fighter produce Rostec holdings. Specifically, APC produces engines for aircraft, KRET - board electronics. A number of systems, including complex emergency escape board, produce experts' technodynamics. " In the production of components for the car involved and other enterprises of the Corporation.

Well, nobody owes anybody anything. It's not anyone's job to believe some story. It's the job of the story teller to sell his story and convince people to believe the story. If anyone doesn't believe the story, the story teller didn't do a good job. That's it. In this case, the Russians have not done a good job selling any story. In the business world, credibility is everything. And too many cases of cry-wolves do not help anyone...

And I don't see how I have distorted any "saga" of anything. Every detail of the Su-35 saga has been detailed in the news. I don't think anyone disagrees with the weird saga of the Su-35 deal. The only thing that anyone can say of the Su-35 deal is "cry-wolf"

This is not a theoretical job of Physics, but something which is very easy to verify.
The page of ROSTEC already has the news officially, whether you believe it or not it does not matter millions will see the news and millions more already see the likelyhood the Su-35 has been sold is 100% asure.

This thread is ridiculous because people have been denying the fact it is already official since ROSTEC is endorsing it.

Basically the arguments you hear here are pretty useless, most people in other forums are already discussing what is the use of the Su-35 in the PLAAF, i am sure this thread will continue to deny it until is too late and you see the Su-35 in PLAAF colors and all doubters will simply say i did know it was true but let is rest anyway i know old habits are the ones that change last, and pretty much this thread in this forum has become boring to me, i won`t change your mind, and i am not for arguing about the same thing all my life it is boring, i just let you know it is official in Russia, and you will see the first Su-35 most likely at the end of 2016 in Chinese colors
