They may not be showing the elevators...but I am willing to bet that there will be two of them.

This ship will definitely have a fairly good hanger deck to store and work on the aircraft.

It would make zero sense not to for a vessel of this size and configuration... and they would unlikely be able to sell them without such provisions.

...and that is definitely an Osprey on deck, and either a Balck/Sea Hawk, or more likely meant to be a Chinese Z-20 forward.

Russia is going to to replace German MTU engine with TBD20V12 diesel engines built by HND's (Henen Diesel Engine Corp, LTD) for their Project 21980 Grachonok class of patrol boats because of sanctions. TBD20V12 is one of a series of licensed produced engines from a joint in venture between Germany's Deutz and China's HND. The first Grachonok fitted its new propulsion is scheduled to be delivered to the Russian Navy in November and the second vessel in a month after.

Do you think those elevators will be one each on the port and starboard side?

I think it would be very hard to secure a export for a LHD design when China itself has not yet built one

Once China has a LHA in service we might see navy's moving away from OPV, Corvettes and Frigates to buying Chinese LHD

But that would be a huge step for any nation and also a good export for China

Even a medium sized LPD would be good for now since China has built 4 for itself so far

Either way some recent exports in naval equipment is a good progress

This is interesting -- it looks like the previous possible two frigates sale to Malaysia has been turned into two 13,000 ton LPDs instead. Malaysia's been meaning to buy an LPD or three for years now, and China was offering a small size 071 for them a while back and it looks like its back on the table again.

If China can pull off not a two ship LPD sale to Malaysia that can open the door to future sales of its proposed LHD, not to mention some of its larger export frigates.
There's also the deal with pakistan for 8 submarines, with the possibility of other sales to Thailand. Definitely quite a few potential deals.

And Xi witnessed a contract exchange ceremony of CSIC. And Mr. Hu visits Pakistan Navy Chief of Staff and Secretary of Defense Production Ministry.

Sina Military analyzed that since there is no new order of F22P frigates. It is believed that the contract exchange ceremony witnessed by Xi must be submarines.
