No Air defense system is Impregnable and never could one ever be. There will always be gaps weaknesses and means to exploit it. It’s only a matter of trying to make it more and more costly to parties trying to slip in.

Like the deal of AH-4 for UAE, the magazine " Modern Weaponry" again revealed the delivery of the third battalion of PLZ-45 SPH to a Middle East customer, obviously Saudi Arabia.

According to the Chief project engineer, modifications were made to improve the availability, reliability and maintainability of the artillery system. Sub-systems like APU, communication, IR, radio and track can be replaced with products of other suppliers. Common spare parts can be locally sourced.

If this does happen if CAC roles snake eyes twelve times in a roll, could it be J-10Cs with WS-10 engines?

JF17s seems more likely than the J10, the Malaysian PM recently did a media op with a JF17 while in Pakistan, and the JF17 does have all the new ‘combat proven’ shine to it. Both Pakistan and China would also be aggressively marketing its ‘MKI killer’ credentials, so it would seem like the more obvious choice.

Well, the RMAF seemed to be looking at Typhoons or Rafales, so the J-10C would be closer to that weight class (the JF-17 is already competing with the LCA Tejas and FA-50 for a light fighter RMAF requirement).
