Do you know if it is based on ZTQ, or at least the chassis? (Similar to relationship between Type 99 and VT-4)

Not sure if the term light refer to dimension or tonnage
It could be farther iteration of VT5 in this case the "light" refer to tonnage. Hard to say from looking at the pic

The NORINCO group's VT-4 export car will present a live demonstration of the active interception of an anti-tank rocket tomorrow.
