Chinese infantry fighting vehicles

This allegedly is the next-gen Infantry Fighting Vehicle. Here's the accompanying description in Chinese, which I will translate as best I can.

[China's next generation IFV] Remote controlled turret, hunter-killer capability (i.e. commander independent periscope), augmented reality helmet display, 35mm telescoped ammunition, mid-range anti-tank missiles, Australian sheep leather seats, manumatic transmission (?), fully electrically driven, hybrid engine (turbo-electric?), active self-defense system.

Sounds like an awfully ambitious and complete feature list... I have no idea how credible this is. If true, this thing could become the most advanced IFV in the world by quite some margin, not to mention the most comfortable (sheep leather seats).

Notice the optics windows on the driver's hatch: the two round holes could be stereoscopic cameras for the alleged helmet-mounted augmented-reality display.

And please let there be a mantlet for the cannon...

35mm telescoped ammunition? Seems that the two possible identities of this IFV are:

1. The Norinco CS/AA5, based on the VP10 AFV chassis.

2. The new unnamed IFV that was spotted last year.

Wouldn't a fully electric vehicle be extremely vulnerable to EMP attacks or something of the sort?

Nope. All u need is a Faraday cage... Which is pretty much every full metal vehicle.
I think the full electric driven is a poor translation because it says turbo drive right after which counters the full electric.

Fully electrically driven and turbo-electric are not mutually exclusive. The former simply means the wheels are spun by electric motors, and the latter simply means the mechanical energy (from the internal combustion engine) is first converted into electrical energy, which is then converted back into mechanical energy through the electric motors.

The next-generation IFV will be based on the Type 15 tank's chassis.

Additionally, the NORINCO armor day planned for tomorrow will include the following exhibits:
1. New IFV (tank-based, with unmanned turret), which is shown in the photo below
2. New tank (certainly a major reveal if true)
3. A ZTZ-59-based "heavy IFV"
4. A Type 89 APC based wheeled assault/transport vehicle

Is there original link to the source?

And what is Type 15 Tank?
never heard about that.

Is that China's Next Gen MBT?

Full electric I was thinking of a Tesla...ur quote makes sense
