why does that guy needed to be carried? Even all the women folks are walking in the flood waters. If I'm his buddy I'll drop his @$$ on the water unless of course he's handicapped etc which I doubt!

I guess his buddy might have lost a bet or something... You can see the guy on his back is having a good time with his phone/camera.

Man oh man.. in the US if the cops stopped you with this gear in your car even if it was a toy/imitation you'd be on the prone position on the pavement NOT enjoying your day.

He can rob a bank with all these. There has been case that some bad boys rob shops with toy guns! I don't think laws in China allow them to carry toy guns in this manner. Can someone familiar with Chinese situation explain please?

July 24, a 17-year-old man was driving without a license aboard an unlicensed motorbike. As he passed through the intersection of Red Star Chengdu Tong Ren Tang he was stopped by traffic police. The man refused to cooperate with the police and shouted for his father to help him. His father then assaulted a police officer. The two men were then arrested.

LOL.. once again i was thinking the same thing... I remember getting a pizza many, many moons ago in the Philippines off base.. It was horrible...absolutely horrible. And it kinda looked like the picture.

By the way most of the food in restaurants in the Philippines was very good.
