Even a test-fire clip or picture depicting a trial run with that thing would have cause a major stir, but so far we have none. However, shoud the Taiwan's deal with the US to purchase M1A1 tanks been finalised, it could speed things up quickly perhaps.
Alas, why I've a strange feeling that we'd see this thing first used in Syria?

Another top attack,fire and forget, ATGM is offered for export Shorter range 2.5 Km and RHA of only 800mm definitely below HJ12 spec.Probably the loosing side in the ATGM competition

Poly Defense, a Chinese arms export company, presented the GAM-100 , a new individual anti-tank missile, at the last Pakistani trade fair IDEAS 2016.
The weapon system targets targets such as tanks and fortifications, with the particularity that its engine will only light when the missile is ejected from the launch tube and reaches a certain safety distance, Makes it suitable for combat in an urban environment where the shooter can be in a confined space, inside a building for example.
To add to this a rather low weight - 13 kg for the missile, and therefore probably around 20 kg in total - and the "Fire & Forget" capacity thanks to an uncooled infrared search head, all this allows the combat team to Be able to change the firing position once the missile is launched, and reduce the likelihood that it will be discovered.

The GAM-100 has two modes of attack and can hit from the top or front depending on the target type. Its tandem load is capable of penetrating an armor of 800 mm RHA (Rolled Homogeneous Armor), for a distance of 2,500 meters.
The Chinese anti-tank missile HJ-12
The system seems to have a similar performance to the American FGM-148 Javelin , but it is possible that it is only dedicated to export because it is duplicated with the HJ-12 , which entered into service within the Chinese Army.
The Air-Sol GAM-101 A / B missile
The GAM-100 should also be designed by NORINCO, just like the HJ-12, but put on sale by Poly Defense (which does not have a design office or production entity). Indeed, the Chinese armaments group presented an airborne air-to-air missile for drones called the GAM-101 A / Bin November 2016 at the Zhuhai Air Show, which adopts exactly the same aerodynamic configuration as the GAM-100 .
This new Chinese ATM missile could therefore be a candidate project that lost the bidding of the Chinese Army and then obtained export authorization. The same situation can be found with the naval CIWS with missile FL-3000N .
