What kind of air-launched anti-tank missiles do the Chinese use? I know of the HJ-10 being able to be launched by helicopter but what do they have that can be launched from planes?

As far as i know aircrafts have the role to strike at terrain units too in every army. So for sure are some for this. Here are a lot of things to say cause no one army will simply walk whit a bunch of tanks close to you whitout proper AA. That involves a complex combination of missiles , warheads , EWC,ECCM, ranges. And is a posibility that somewhere in this combination to do a mistake. You could wrong whit the electronic warfare components, inertial, decoys , etc.

What about a combination between a howitzer and and a ATGM? Should increase distance.

Artillery platforms do not need an ATGM capability. The main point of using them against armour, ala old Soviet style artillery divisions, is that the high arc of the shells land on the roof sections of tanks-where the armour is very thin. Guided Shells (GPS, Baidu etc.) would be a better prospect, albeit an expensive one.

If you want very long range, MLRS with a Search & Destroy function (SADARM) would be effective.

China does use rocket-boosted howitzers if that's what you were asking Victor
