Chinese Armed Forces in Strategy/War Games?

Hey Guys I love playing strategy/war computer games. But it seems to me in the States the only ones to be release with the Chinese military are period pieces like the Romance of the Three Kingdoms. I've seen very few including the Chinese in modern conlicts. I know like 15+ yrs ago there were a couple of games involving the Chinese in WW2 and Korea. But the graphics and the gameplay sucks compaired to those released now 2009.
I recently played "Hearts of Iron" and "Making History" both WW2 era games. Both had there limitations when it came to the Chinese Theater both games made it close to impossible for an alliance to be made between the CCP and KMT as the Japanese invasion begins. The inability to create and use gurrila forces to harrass the enemy was also infuriating.
To my question those any one know if there's a strategy/war game depicting the Chinese Warlord period of the 1920's coming soon or exist but not in the US? One that allows for a player to play all sides like the CCP, KMT, and the warlords to see who will rule China. I had hoped the guys who made "Rome: Total War" and the guys who made "Imperial Glory" would make a game covering this period but it seems not likely anytime soon.

People's General by SSI, about Chinese invasion of Siberia and SE Asia, but its depiction of the PLA is hugely inaccurate by today's standards.

You can play as the Chinese in Steel Panters: Main Battle Tanks, but as far as I know, there are no Chinese campaigns in existence, and Chinese scenarios are few.

Chinese also exist in the Harpoon series of games, but again, there are no Chinese scenarios.

There is Force 17, an old game by Red Storm Entertainment, which is Tom Clancy's. Its an old game, and quite inaccurate by today's standards, not to mention all the game imbalances that makes it easy to exploit, like you can artillery your way to domination.

There's also a Chinese faction in the Europa Universalis series, but it's not developed in depth as the game is directed towards the European theatre (hence the name).
