Sorry but not going to see anything of the sort entertained until it's seen as if China were surpassing the US in a number of areas in space.

I can understand America's concern, so that is fine and dandy if they don't see any urgency to invite China to take part in their space exploration. I am sure China has its own commitments.

In the CZ-7, the nose cone is distinctly thicker than the body tube. But in this picture, they look to have the same thickness.
