Unlike India, China is NOT a police state where maps that don't conform to its perception of the world is banned. And interns are always lazy and use whatever is found first even if it's wrong.
Hahaha. Needed that.

And why should the listed nations not ? Germany, French and Britain has interests in the success of OBOR, in fact the overland silk road freight train route ends at Duisburg which is in Germany. The notion that "if you are not with us, then you are against us" is just as petty and immature as Washington's stance on the global war on terror back in 2001.
Same reason that a foreigner has absolutely no voting right in your parliament? Or to be your Prime Minister or President? Why is that so difficult to understand?

And how could you even compare with "with us or against us"? Nobody said something like "Not inside OBOR is against OBOR", what was said is that "Not inside has no right to audit".

I do welcome the said countries to join OBOR FIRST as a member, then they gain all sorts of right to make a say.

Intentions and attitudes means next to nothing here, what matters most is that if the West decides to step up investment initiatives with the world there is all to gain and nothing to lose.
There is no presupposed glory gained or lost with the OBOR project at its initiation, such things depends on the actions and results of the participates, even late comers can achieve the same results as first times if they act smartly.
Nor is such things anathema to the West, the Marshall Plan in 1946 is a clearest example.
As living humans, intentions and attitudes matter a lot in what we think, plan, do and say, in stark contrast to living microbes whether they are commensal or pathogenic has nothing to do with their intentions and attitudes, if any. True intentions of the likes of DFC, Free and Open Indo-Pacific Strategy, Euro-Asian connectivity strategy don't resemble any intentions to share all gains and have nobody to lose. Look those up and if you cannot honestly admit they are set up in jealous rivalry to OBOR and dead set to undercut or sabotage China in every step of her whole endeavor to connect the world, so be it. None of them invites China to participate, unlike China who invites them all from the get go. We are tired of hearing grand standing lectures on the soapbox.

The west has NEVER "decides to step up investments initiatives with the world" before or after China's OBOR started to get popular. What matters most is that China are investing to poorer central Asian nations without regime changing. Where was the "Marshall Plan" needed after the fall of the Soviet Union for these central Asian nations? o_O

So you do accept that the answer to your post below is a MISTAKE? And other people's refuting of your interpretation is respecting FACT. And you are the one who has issues with FACT?;)

Advice to you, be careful with what you say, sooner or later your inconsistency will be caught if you don't respect fact.

Dude forget about him. Let the Indians believe whatever makes them happy. They'll be running out of groundwater in a few years and become smog land. They'll have the largest undereducated young population in an era of automation.

Question is, will they eventually seek Chinese aid? Will they accept Chinese aid (BRI) if offered?

You just want to say that "Chinese loves Indian"? Because, not only Chinese did not complain, but also welcomed you? Or, is it that Chinese just don't see a big deal of your ship?;) Seriously, you really think that you can speak for Chinese people's opinion or attituded concerning Indian and Pakistan? Talk to a Chinese first.

And, what is your point of posting this in OBOR thread anyway?o_O Take it in "Indian military news" thread, please.
