What is the total power generation and output of say 2020 vs 2010 for Pakistan?
It appears that Pakistan has increased in the order of magnitudes it’s capabilities and energy output directly due to CPEC and OBOR initiatives. This will push up GDP/GDP as well as many other revenue generating domestic initiatives.
I can’t think of any other country that has directly benefitted so much from such an immense project.

It will probably meet their basic demands. I had a co-worker who grew up in Pakistan and told me that brown outs are a common occurrence especially in big cities such as Karachi. I think CPEC and OBOR will definitely alleviate some of these brown outs, but Pakistan still needs more because of its relative large population (around 200 million) for a country of that size.
